Inpander's Southeast Asia team works from Singapore and runs creator campaigns and paid media across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia for apps, games and e-commerce brands.
Most brands do not come to Southeast Asia for one country. They come for the region, and the region is not one market: Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia each have their own language, creator scene and price of attention. Treating them as one audience with one translated set of assets is the most common way to waste a regional budget. Singapore is where we run that from, with one point of contact for all five markets.
Our Singapore team owns the regional picture: which markets to enter first, what each one costs, which creators to put where, and how budget should move between countries as results come in. Execution is local. We have local teams and creator networks in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia, because Thai and Indonesian audiences do not respond to the same hook, creator type or posting rhythm.
Singapore is also where the rest of Inpander connects. Our Shanghai team works with brands building their overseas growth from China, and our Los Angeles team runs North America. A brand that wants Southeast Asia now and the US next gets one agency and one relationship.
TikTok creator CPMs across Southeast Asia typically run around $1 to $3, so reach here is built on volume. But the hook that works in Bangkok does not work in Jakarta, so every market gets its own creator mix. How that played out in campaigns we ran:
Regional planning, creator sourcing and account management, with budget and reporting in one view across every market.
The volume end of our TikTok Shop program runs here at about $1 CPM: 2000+ creator videos a month, with roughly 15% of them breaking out.
In the Love and Deepspace launch, Thai hooks centered on the voice actors, with lifestyle, cosplay and ASMR creators carrying the story beyond gaming.
For the same game, Vietnamese content led with visual quality and first-person 3D interaction: show the feeling in three seconds, do not explain the game.
Part of a four-market simultaneous cold start, where localized TikTok challenges turned players into creators and their best content was fed back into paid media.
The fourth market in that launch: four countries live together with no shared asset set, 30K+ monthly downloads and a Top 20 chart position at $0.12 CPM.
Reach in Southeast Asia is built in tiers. Top creators bring awareness and legitimacy; mid-tier creators, native to their verticals, carry conversion; and KOCs, creators under 100K followers, are deployed by the hundreds to fill the feed and trigger algorithmic reach. All three tiers come from a network of 30M+ creators, and every creator on a campaign is vetted for audience quality, fake followers and brand safety.
Choosing creators also means stepping outside the obvious category. When we launched a 3D otome game across four Southeast Asian markets, lifestyle, cosplay and ASMR creators moved the numbers as much as gaming creators did, because they could explain the game's emotional appeal to people outside its niche. The full story is in the case study below.
Paid media runs alongside. TikTok Spark Ads and Meta Partnership Ads put budget behind creator posts that have already proven themselves, under the creator's own handle, with authorization secured at signing. Dark posting tests several creatives in parallel; lookalike audiences extend the reach.
A game launched in four countries at once, an AI creative tool scaled across three regions, and a TikTok Shop program running in Indonesia and the US.

A 3D otome game launched simultaneously in Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia with a hyper-local KOC matrix: 30K+ monthly downloads and a Top 20 chart debut.

As an official TikTok Shop service partner we run one engineered content system across two markets with a 10x CPM gap, with a ~15% viral-hit rate and 35% client repurchase.
Read the case study →It starts with a diagnosis, not a creator list: where your product sits, which markets fit it first, and which number you need to move, installs, ROAS, GMV or reach. Within one business day you get a creator plan with a recommended commercial model: CPM, CPI, a retainer, or a base fee plus commission on GMV.
From there, one team runs the region. Creator outreach, vetting and contracting happen locally in each market; planning, reporting and budget decisions happen in Singapore. Underperforming content is cut within days, and each round's learnings become the next round's brief. Most of the brands we start with stay with us; 90% client retention is the number we are proudest of.

Across the region. Singapore is the hub; most campaigns we run from here target Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia, often several at once.
TikTok creator CPMs across Southeast Asia typically run around $1 to $3, which is why volume-led strategies work so well here; in one regional game launch our effective CPM reached $0.12. We quote on CPM, CPI, a retainer, or commission on GMV.
Yes, and that is most of our work: one contract, one team, one reporting view, with a separate creator mix and hooks for each country, because we never translate one set of assets across the region.
TikTok first, since it drives the most reach per dollar here, then Instagram and YouTube. We also run the paid media: TikTok Spark Ads and Meta Partnership Ads under creator handles.
Tell us your product, markets and budget. We will come back with a market-by-market creator plan within one business day.
